Site Access

If there is no clear site access and obstruction to the pool area then there may be an additional charge to cover the additional labour costs and time to transport the equipment from the pool area to the site entrance. If available, please send site access photos to pickup@safepoolsolutions.com.au.

Has the site been handed back to the house owner?

Has the Site Manager approved for the Pool Void Cover® to be removed?

What options are there for parking with a 4WD and a 10ft trailer?

Is there room to park?

Are there any parking restrictions?

Will we need witches hats (traffic cones)?

Will we cross a public pavement where additional cones are required?

Can we walk up the side of the house to the pool area and it's free from obstruction, rubbish and scaffolding?

Have you trimmed back any overgrown grass?

Has the cover been swept clean and free from debris?

Will any other trades be working on site, or any other vehicles blocking access points when the cover will be picked up?

Does the Pool Void Cover® need to be removed via the inside of the house?

Is there a combination lock to access the property?

Is there an electrical power outlet near the pool area (for extension lead use)?

Is there a water outlet/outside tap near the pool area?

Are there dogs on site?

Do you have compliant permanent pool fence OR compliant temporary pool fence around the pool, once the Pool Void Cover® is removed?

I agree that when the Pool Void Cover® is removed it is the responsibility of the Client (Site Manager/ Pool Builder / House Owner (Dependent on stage of build)) to ensure that the pool area is safe and meets local council regulations.

The Client indemnifies Safe Pool Solutions P/L against any liability to any third party who suffers death, injury, loss or damage where such death, injury, loss or damage is caused wholly or partly as a consequence of any negligent act or omission or other failure on the part of the Client to ensure that the pool area is safe.

I agree that once the Pool Void Cover® has been removed, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the pool area is immediately made safe, and that it meets all relevant local regulations – either with permanent compliant pool fencing, or temporary pool fencing (as local laws require).

In addition, Safe Pool Solutions P/L accepts no liability for any future claim regarding the removal of the Pool Void Cover®.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

For any rescheduling requests, we request a minimum of 1 business days’ notice. All rescheduling and cancellations made within 1 business day will be subject to a minimum fee of $250.
