Site Access

If there is no clear site access and obstruction to the pool area then there may be an additional charge to cover the additional labour costs and time to transport the equipment from the pool area to the site entrance. If available, please send site access photos to [email protected].


I agree that when the Pool Void Cover® is removed it is the responsibility of the Client (Site Manager/ Pool Builder / House Owner (Dependent on stage of build)) to ensure that the pool area is safe and meets local council regulations.

The Client indemnifies Safe Pool Solutions P/L against any liability to any third party who suffers death, injury, loss or damage where such death, injury, loss or damage is caused wholly or partly as a consequence of any negligent act or omission or other failure on the part of the Client to ensure that the pool area is safe.

I agree that once the Pool Void Cover® has been removed, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the pool area is immediately made safe, and that it meets all relevant local regulations – either with permanent compliant pool fencing, or temporary pool fencing (as local laws require).

In addition, Safe Pool Solutions P/L accepts no liability for any future claim regarding the removal of the Pool Void Cover®.
For any rescheduling requests, we request a minimum of 1 business days’ notice. All rescheduling and cancellations made within 1 business day will be subject to a minimum fee of $250.
