You (the hirer) are liable for the Temporary Pool Fence until it is picked up. As per our terms and conditions, charges will apply for any materials that are damaged or stolen.

I agree that when the Temporary Pool Fence is removed it is the responsibility of the Client (Site Manager/ Pool Builder / House Owner (Dependent on stage of build)) to ensure that the pool area is safe and meets local council regulations.

The Client indemnifies Safe Pool Solutions P/L against any liability to any third party who suffers death, injury, loss or damage where such death, injury, loss or damage is caused wholly or partly as a consequence of any negligent act or omission or other failure on the part of the Client to ensure that the pool area is safe.

I agree that once the Temporary Pool Fence has been removed, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the pool area is immediately made safe, and that it meets all relevant local regulations – either with permanent compliant pool fencing, or temporary pool fencing (as local laws require).

In addition, Safe Pool Solutions P/L accepts no liability for any future claim regarding the removal of the Temporary Pool Fence.

For any rescheduling requests, we request a minimum of 1 business days’ notice. All rescheduling and cancellations made within 1 business day may be subject to a minimum fee of $250.
